The logo for The Legacy Company features a stylized building.

This 1894 Biscuit Factory now boasts modern luxury apartment living in the downtown Noco District of Evansville, IN. Rich history and attention to detail is found in each living space. Distinctive features of the historic building include old-growth timber framing, original wood floors, exposed brick walls. Huge windows flood the apartment with natural light and views of Downtown. This building was constructed in 1894 for Marsh Scantlin Bakery. Offices, shipping and the bread department occupied the first floor; the cracker department on the 2nd. National Biscuit Company (Nabisco) took over in the early 1900s. By the 1920's Fred Geiger & Sons had purchased the building using the space for moving and storage.
